Your are right they are crooks of the the lowest type. Please to anyone that reads this forum and has had the same happened to them, put in the formal compliant and try to get this guys to pay for their wrong doing."

"Hi Alex, I was reading through your testimonials and I too were ripped off by Australian Cash Exchange. Just to let you know I have put in a formal compliant for misleading and deceptive conduct with the Office of Business Affairs South Australia. Only problem is one compliant isn't enough for them to launch an investigation. I would encourage you and your clients to also file official complaints, then perhaps we can get these bastards shut down like the crooks that they are!!!!

"Just like to say thanks to Alex and the team at sell your gold, Got a price from a kiosk for $16 per gram, rang a so-called expert over here to be screwed around for over a week with cancelled appointment on his behalf,(it must be easier to rip off people that dont really know much about what they have),filled out the form for a refiners kit, it arrived a couple of days later, filled out the paper work, called Alex told him what I was sending and he increased the insurance to a rough estimate, sent it away and a day later I recieved a quote for $30 per gram, needless to say I was over the moon, it had nearly doubled in value with no cost to me what so ever, so thanks again guys:)" - Matt M.

"Kirby was completely right. However when I went to the shopping centre kiosk they didnt want to tell me how much per gram, they simply gave me a final quote for $400. I am not very good with numbers so I went back with my son, and he calculated that they were paying me $6.20 for 9ct and $12 for 18ct. They dont have absolutely no ethics!
I did not try that pawn shop online because I read about their lies, in another forum and they were recommending this website. Long story short, I sent my gold to Alex's company and I got $810 for my gold + $100 for diamonds, total of $910 compare to $400 from kiosks. The kiosk didnt offer anything for my diamonds in the jewellery. Thanks you so much Alex and Ceasar, for the honest service you guys deserve all the good comments in this forum." - Maria Agosta

"I just wanted to say in here that I did try the kiosk at my local shopping centre, I had a 9k chain of 20 grams and a bracelet of about 15 grams. They offered me $6 a gram, they must really think that people are stupid. But even worst before sending my gold to you Alex, I sent it to to some online Pawn shop called Australiancashexchange.com.au they were advertising Over $15 for 9k. When I got their quote they were only paying $9!!! they gave me some crap about refining costs and so on, their whole website is a complete scam! Thats not all, they even made me pay $20 to send my gold back because I would not sell it to them! I really dont want anyone to fall in those traps, I am a pensioner they probably think they can take advantage of me. On the other hand Alex paid me what was on the website and he even paid for the extra insurance. Thanks you so much..." - Kirby H.

"I sold to your company Alex because my neighbor told me about you, I did see the kiosks in shopping centres but never even talked to them. But from what I have heard they pay really bad, in my opinion they are taking advantage of people's ignorance. They are providing a convenient service but at what cost? you gave me $800 why go to the kiosk and only get $400.
